FAQ

What is the difference between the Basic and Full/Premium plans?

Premium plans differ from our Basic in terms of,

  1. Breadth – Premium plans generally have more variables than the Basic plan.
  2. Timespan – Premium plans also include data for all available years whereas in most cases Basic only includes data releases from the past year.

Do you offer refunds?

As a general rule, no. However, if what we offer is not what you expected you can send us an email and we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Can I upgrade to a Premium from a provider plan?

Yes, you may upgrade at any time.

Note: Users who wish to upgrade while their current plan is still valid have two options:

  1. Purchase a Premium plan that is valid from the date of purchase and receive a prorated refund for whatever period is left on your current plan
  2. Purchase a Premium plan that is valid until the expiration of your current plan and receive a refund for the prorated difference between plans

If you prefer option #2, please send us a quick note letting us know so we can adjust your plan and issue the partial refund.
